Affordable Care for Every Family

Flexible Payment Options to Suit Every Smile
At Dental on Lawrence, we believe everyone deserves access to high-quality dental care—without the stress of financial barriers. That’s why we offer a range of flexible payment options to make treatment more manageable for individuals and families. We accept all major private health insurance providers, support the Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS) for eligible children, and proudly care for Department of Veterans’ Affairs cardholders.

For added convenience, we also offer interest-free finance options, including Zip, so you can start treatment now and pay over time. Whether you're coming in for a routine check-up or more extensive dental work, our team is here to help you find the option that best suits your needs and budget.

Private Health Insurance Made Easy
If you have a health insurance policy that covers dental care, we make claiming simple at Dental on Lawrence. With HICAPS (Health Industry Claims and Payments Service), we can process your claim on the spot—so you only need to pay any gap your insurer doesn't cover.

Just bring your health fund membership card to your appointment, and our team will take care of the rest.

We’re also proud to be a preferred provider for HCF (& by extension RT Health), offering added benefits and reduced out-of-pocket costs for eligible members.

Is Your Child Eligible for Free Dental Care Under Medicare?
Your child may be entitled to up to $1,132 worth of dental treatment through the Medicare-funded Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS).

CDBS is an income-based program for children aged 2 to 17 years (including the calendar year they turn 18). It covers a range of basic dental services such as:
  • Check-ups and cleans
  • Fillings
  • X-rays
  • Tooth extractions

Please note: orthodontics (braces) and cosmetic dental treatments are not included under this scheme.

If your family receives Family Tax Benefit A, your child is likely eligible. In most cases, eligible treatment is bulk-billed at the time of your visit—meaning no out-of-pocket cost for you. For services not eligible for bulk billing, payment is required on the day, and the Medicare rebate can be claimed back by you directly.

Bulk billing is subject to annual limits and Medicare’s time restrictions between services.

For more information or to check if your child is eligible for the Child Dental Benefits Schedule, visit the Services Australia website.

Caring for Our Veteran Community
Dental on Lawrence is proud to provide dental care for eligible members of the veteran community. If you hold a Gold or White DVA Card, you may be eligible to access dental care that is subsidised by the Department of Veterans’ Affairs.

Some restrictions apply. Claims are subject to annual monetary limits, pre-approval requirements, and/or limitations on the length of time that must elapse before a service can be claimed. For more information please see the Veterans Affairs Website.

We understand that dental treatment can sometimes be a strain on your budget, making it hard to prioritise your oral health. But there are moments when delaying care isn’t an option—you need treatment sooner rather than later.

That’s why we’ve partnered with Zip to help make dental care more accessible.

Whether it’s a routine check-up or a more involved procedure, Zip offers flexible monthly payment plans that let you get the care you need now and pay it off in manageable instalments that fit your lifestyle.*
